Terms of Service

Information about how our platform shall be used.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.


2. Definitions

  • - User: An individual who creates an account and purchases Gift Vouchers.
  • - Recipient: An individual who receives a Gift Voucher and may redeem its offerings.
  • - Gift Voucher: A digital voucher purchased by a User and delivered electronically to a Recipient, containing one or more available offerings.
  • - Offering: A product, service, or experience that may be redeemed using a Gift Voucher.
  • - Partner: A third-party merchant or service provider responsible for fulfilling an Offering.

3. Account Creation and Use

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including first and last name, email address, and country of residence.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
• Accounts may not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.


4. Purchasing and Sending Gift Vouchers

• Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Gift Voucher.
• All Gift Voucher purchases are final, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Recipient’s email address. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or invalid recipient details.


5. Gift Voucher Validity and Expiry

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated, and in accordance with applicable local laws.
• Expired Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed unless an extension or refund is required by law.
• We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or expired vouchers, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.


6. Redeeming Gift Vouchers

• Recipients may preview available offerings using the voucher link provided via email.
• To redeem an Offering, Recipients must activate their chosen option and follow the instructions provided.
• Redemption is subject to availability, Partner terms, and any conditions specific to the Offering.


7. Currency and Pricing

• Prices are displayed in the currency determined by the User’s or Recipient’s country, which may be inferred from IP-based location detection.
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.


8. Third-Party Partners and Offerings

• Offerings are fulfilled by independent third-party Partners.
• We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of Partner offerings.
• Any issues relating to an Offering (including fulfillment, availability, or quality) must be resolved directly with the relevant Partner, unless required otherwise by law.


9. User Conduct

• Users and Recipients agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any activity that interferes with its operation, security, or integrity.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, or misuse voucher systems are strictly prohibited.


10. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, Gift Vouchers, or Offerings.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or that Offerings will always be accurate or available.


12. Dispute Resolution

• If you experience an issue related to voucher delivery or platform functionality, please contact us at hey [@] bonte.app.
• Disputes relating to the fulfillment of an Offering should be addressed directly with the Partner, unless otherwise required by law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.


13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of our headquarter, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the same country.
